Barry has over 25 years’ experience of partnering with Directors, Senior Executives, Managers and Professionals to achieve their key business, professional, and personal objectives.
He has coached clients working across the Mining, Oil and Gas, Utilities, Engineering, Financial Services, Professional Services, Tertiary Education, Health, Transport, Tourism and Agribusiness sectors.
Before executing a major career change in 2003, Barry held senior management consulting and corporate roles in the financial services sector with Mercer, MLC (FlexiPlan), and JBWere. As a result, he has a strong understanding of internal and external challenges associated with professional career change.

Barry has delivered boardroom presentations, workshops and training sessions to industry groups, corporate teams and employees, expatriates, human resources managers, psychologists, life and career coaches, and tertiary students. Presentation topics have included:

- Lifestyle and Retirement Planning
He also contributed to the quality of national career development practice as Co-coordinator and Senior Lecturer of the Edith Cowan University career development programs (2007 – 2015). Barry trained career professionals working with diverse client populations (e.g. corporate employees, elite sportspeople, rehabilitating workers, and university, TAFE and secondary school students).
